Well believe it or not. You are pregnant. Yes! You have a bun in the oven. And are officially up the Duff! Ready or not, you have now joined millions of women around the world and have started on the longest and most terrifyingly exciting countdown of your life.

Whether you struggled for years on IVF, fell pregnant first try like me, or are still recovering from the surprise of your life, then for better or worst you have started down the path to parenthood. Like most of us, you will have lots of questions and will probably worry and wonder at every twitch and movement.
